Art & Design

His journey began when he discovered an international network of artists exchanging work through postal mail. This experience opened up a global perspective and allowed him to explore and develop techniques across a wide range of artistic disciplines. Over time, he participated in numerous exhibitions, publications, and artistic projects around the world. Works from this period are included in various private and public collections.
During this time, he also took on the development of corporate design for several businesses, further expanding his creative practice.
Art Collection

While active in the mail art network, art from thousands of artists around the world came his way. In addition, he gathered a wide range of other artistic material through his travels and work as a festival curator. Over time, this led to the creation of a vast collection of books, magazines, records, tapes, CDs, artworks, video art, 3D pieces, and more.
In 2014, this extensive collection was acquired by the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía in Madrid, Spain, where it has since been preserved in the museum’s archives.
Festival

The idea to organize an exhibition featuring selected works from his art collection gained support and led to a first small showcase. Over the years, this modest beginning evolved into a well-respected international festival that attracted and recognized outstanding artists.
The festival’s ambition was to present a broad spectrum of creative expression and to serve as a meeting point for the exchange of experiences. A key element was the interaction between artists and visitors through workshops—an approach that made the festival truly unique in its kind.
Web Pioneer

As his activities gained attention, he was invited to contribute to one of Belgium’s first websites. This led to the creation of his very first website in 1992, positioning him as an early internet pioneer. Since then, he has designed numerous websites, consistently staying at the forefront of evolving technologies and design trends.
As the internet grew into a powerful marketing tool, he expanded his expertise accordingly, exploring the potential of online marketing to support and grow businesses.
DIY Fashion

In an effort to step outside his comfort zone, he spent several years exploring fashion design. Among the collections he created, the “Do It Yourself” collection stood out as one of his most successful.
The concept involved assembling various flat 2D textile pieces into a single wearable garment. This construction method not only encouraged user interaction but also gave each finished piece a distinct graphic aesthetic.
Business Guide

While living in Spain, he founded and ran his own business. Early on, he began to question how he could strengthen his marketing efforts beyond the online strategies he already knew—particularly the step-by-step actions needed to build a business from the ground up.
When marketing blogs failed to provide the clarity he sought, he turned to an intensive study of contemporary marketing practices. Drawing on this research—along with his experience in web marketing and project management—he developed a comprehensive Step-by-Step Business Marketing Guide. Once completed, the guide and the insights gained from the process enabled him to perform more effectively across a range of business projects.
